If any merchandise you receive is not in good condition, is damaged or defective, or differs from what you expected, you may request a return or exchange. Please note, we do not offer refunds or cancellations once an order is placed.

Customized orders

Sarees with fall, pico, or tassels done on request

All exchanges are processed via a credit note of the product value only.
How to Return a Product

Initiate a Return:

Email us at varsaaedit@gmail.com within 2 days of receiving the product.

Include clear images and description of the issue.

Returns requested after this period will not be accepted.

Wait for Confirmation:

Do not ship the product until you receive a “Return Accepted” email from us.

Ship It Back:
-
Once approved, securely pack the product (preferably in its original packaging).

Important Notes

Returns will be reviewed by our team upon arrival. Exchange or credit note will be issued only if the product passes our quality check.

If the product is damaged during return transit or shows signs of trial wear, the return will not be accepted.

Return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer.
Credit Note

Once the return is approved, you’ll receive a credit note (coupon code) of the product value (excluding shipping).

This can be used on www.varsaa.com within 100 days of issuance.
For International Orders

Kindly do not ship anything back without our written confirmation.

Any duties or taxes incurred on return shipments will not be covered by Varsaa Edit.
